Shipping and availability questions

When will my order ship?

In most cases, your order will ship within 2-3 business days. We'll send you an email when it ships along with a confirmation email.
When possible, we will ship your entire order in one shipment. If part of your order isn't available for immediate shipment, you will receive a shipment notice for the entire order when the first part of your order ships. If you don't receive your entire order, the remaining products will ship as soon as they are available. When they do, you'll receive a second shipment notice with a different tracking number. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Support Team, we're happy to help you.

How long will it take for my product to arrive?

Shipping within continental US can take between 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.
Shipping to Canada is 7 to 10 business days provided there no custom delays.

What shipping methods are available?
In the US, we offer UPS Ground shipping to physical addresses (No PO Boxes).
In Canada we offer UPS Ground shipping to physical addresses (No PO Boxes).
Do you ship internationally or to military addresses?
Purchases made on the Kapp store only ship to the 50 US States, the District of Columbia and Canada. We do not ship to Army Post Offices, Fleet Post Offices and Diplomatic Post Offices


What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, and American Express®. All credit card information you provide to our server is fully encrypted and secure.
We can only accept credit cards issued by companies and with a billing address within the US or Canada.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.
You will receive an order confirmation email from us shortly after you have completed the checkout process. If the product is in stock, orders will typically ship within 2-3 business days after placing your order.

How to check the status of your Kapp online store order

When you place an order on the Kapp online store, we’ll send email updates on the order status right after the order is placed and once it’s been shipped. To be able to get up to the minute updates online you will have to have placed your order while logged in to your account. To look up your order online, you’ll need your order number and the email address you used when placing your order. Click on My Account at the top of the page and enter your details. You can view your order status in your account details.

You can not view your order status online if you checked out as a guest.

In which countries are Kapp products available?

Kapp products are available across North America and in other various countries. You can buy Kapp products from retailers/resellers as well as through the SMART kapp online store.
We're working hard to make Kapp products available to use and enjoy across the world. We'll continue to update this article when Kapp products are available in new countries. Check below to find out which Kapp products are sold and supported in your country.

Note: Kapp products are not designed and tested for use in all countries, and customer support in local languages is not available in all countries. If you choose to use Kapp products outside the following countries;

You do so on your own initiative, and you are solely responsible for complying with applicable local laws in your country. To the extent permissible by law, Kapp accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage or loss caused by use of Kapp products in countries other than those listed above.


Can I cancel my Kapp store order?

Once an order is placed on the Kapp online store, it cannot be cancelled. We send all new orders to our warehouse to be packed for shipping as soon as possible.

Can I make changes to my Kapp store order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. This includes canceling the order, adding or removing items, or changing the delivery address.

Can I return my product?

If there is an issue with your product, contact our customer support team and if required SMART will replace or repair your product (or component of the product) that has proven to be defective at no cost to you. Otherwise SMART does not provide any money back guarantees

Where can I learn more about Kapp product warranties?

The length of your Kapp product hardware warranty is the same if you purchased Kapp from the Kapp store or from one of our partners or resellers.
